The White House

This extension features concrete and steel construction to allow the maximum amount of available space to be utilised in this narrow block. The high strength properties of these building materials allowed for the walls and floors to be built with the minimum amount of bulk.

The reinforced concrete block boundary walls and the concrete floor for the first floor not only help achieve the space requirements, they also provide durability and good acoustic and thermal properties.

The exclusive use of glazing along with the uniquely designed back wall allow the maximum amount of natural light to enter the building.

An internal courtyard and a cleverly designed backyard lets you enjoy the outdoors whilst living in the heart of the city.
